SETPOINT’s mobile party coldroom gives you walk-in cold storage, easy drink access, bar-style service and beer taps in one practical hire unit. It is designed for events where standard eskies, household fridges and bags of ice are not enough.
With glass display doors, full side shelving, a lift-up awning and two CO2 beer taps, it keeps drinks and catering cold while giving your event a clean, convenient serving point.

Drinks need to be cold before guests arrive. Catering needs to stay chilled. Ice melts. Eskies take up space. Household fridges are too small.

What you need on site.
- A suitable, level place for the coldroom to be positioned
- Vehicle access for delivery and collection
- A standard Australian power outlet dedicated to the coldroom
- Enough space for the full trailer size, including drawbar
- A clear area around the coldroom for safe access and use
- A generator option is available — ask us first if using generator power
There is an internal light inside the coldroom. Any additional lights, decorations or styling must be supplied and installed by the hirer using temporary fixtures that can be removed cleanly before collection. The coldroom does not include a speaker.
Beer taps & alcohol: SETPOINT supplies the beer-tap equipment included with the hire. You supply the drinks and kegs — for alcohol, kegs or drinks, contact a local bottle shop, keg supplier or beverage supplier before your event.
Good to know: the coldroom is designed for refrigeration, not freezing. It is set to 3°C on setup and cannot be changed once setup is complete — it cannot be used as a freezer. Keep doors closed when not in use, do not move the unit once positioned, and before collection remove all rubbish and decorations, leave shelves empty and clean, and sweep or hose the floor. Cleaning fees may apply if the coldroom is not returned clean.

We confirm availability
SETPOINT checks availability for your dates and confirms the hire details.
Secure your booking
To secure your date, a 30% deposit is required.
Complete the paperwork
We send through the required hire terms and conditions for signing.
Final payment before hire
Two weeks before, the remaining 70% balance is due, along with a $250 security bond.
Delivery, setup & collection
We deliver, set up and later collect the coldroom. Returned clean and undamaged, the $250 bond is refunded.
