About SETPOINT
SETPOINT is a Sunshine Coast refrigeration, air conditioning and energy-performance business built around food and beverage operators whose cooling systems matter every day.
We design, install, commission, service and maintain commercial cooling systems, but the real work is broader than that. We help businesses protect product, manage downtime, control running costs and keep the whole system working properly.
What SETPOINT does now
SETPOINT has grown from a local refrigeration and air conditioning business into a more capable, more technical operator than the old brand suggested.
Around commercial refrigeration, the work is rarely just one failed part or one isolated service call. A coldroom not holding temperature can mean product loss. A freezer problem can become a trading problem. A poorly performing system can cost more than it should every day it runs.
That is why SETPOINT looks at the whole system: the refrigeration, the air conditioning, the controls, the electrical side, the energy use and the way the business actually operates.
The aim is simple: do the job properly, find the real cause where possible, and leave the customer with a system they can rely on.
SETPOINT is a Master Electricians member — recognised electrical accreditation alongside our refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical licences.

Recognition
SETPOINT was recognised for turning refrigeration into a circular energy system at Daniel Street Fish Market: reducing peak demand, increasing low-temperature capacity, capturing waste heat for defrosting, and converting recovered energy into useful hot washdown water.
