Decommission and dispose of existing old butcher shop fit out & equipment

Supply and install custom designed display cabinet, Air Conditioning and Low Humidity Low Temperature Coldroom.

Details

Designed and manufactured a cold plate and static top coil refrigerated display cabinet, engineered, supplied and installed refrigeration unit and equipment to suit requirements.

Designed, engineered and installed new walk through -1 degree 83% humidity coldroom, 7x4m, with humidity monitoring.

Supplied and installed new Fujitsu Ducted air conditioning unit with zone control and fresh air intake.

Outcome

Customer achieves desired temperatures of 0.2 – 1.2 degrees in the display cabinet, and constant internal carcass temperatures of 0.0 degrees in the coldroom.
